Hi,

I installed the DocMounter on Server 2008 machine. I am using VS 2010.

When I try to use build DocMounter project to generate help file from the c# managed assembly, It will give error "Cannot find the HxComp.exe MSHelp 2 help compiler from VS SDK."

Please help me, how to reslove this issue on my machine?

Read the "Installation and System Requirements" chapter in the supplied documentation. You need to install some external tools to make DocMounter working, and this section lists all what you need.

Issue Regarding HxReg.exe External Component

I read the "Installation and System Requirements" chapter in the supplied documentation. It gives info like

"HxReg.exe :Where to get and how to install
This tool is installed as a part of the Visual Studio SDK and can be downloaded from Microsoft's website. Below you'll find some links you can use to download this SDK.

Visual Studio 2008 SDK Version 1.0 (published on Nov-20, 2007):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=30402623-93ca-479a-867c-04dc45164f5b
Earlier this tool was distributed as a part of Visual Studio .NET Help Integration Kit 2003.".

I get Visual Studio 2008 SDK Version 1.0 by clicking above Link.

After installing SDK , It Showed "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 SDK\HelpIntegration" Path for required files.

and contains only two files named "helpice.cub" and " Namespace".

I have trouble in getting Visual Studio 2005 SDK.

Please Kindly help regarding getting those required external files.
